1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Xenverse IT, doing business as Rewerse ("Rewerse," "we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.

3. Platform Services & Earning

Rewerse provides various methods to earn rewards, including surveys, offerwalls, micro-jobs, spins, and quizzes. We reserve the right to verify the legitimacy of all completed tasks. Any use of bots, VPNs, or fraudulent methods to falsely accumulate earnings or manipulate vendorship statistics will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

4. Purchases, Top-Ups, and Vendorship

Users may utilize their account balances or external payment methods to purchase digital goods, mobile recharges, gift cards, gaming top-ups, and SMM services. All digital goods and top-ups are final and non-refundable once delivered. Users participating in our resell or vendorship business programs are responsible for fulfilling their obligations to buyers. Xenverse IT acts as an intermediary platform and assumes no liability for disputes between individual vendors and buyers.

5. Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. However, we have no obligation to update any information on our Site.
